We did, of course, immediately hire:

1. A driver, so we could drink,
2. A bar, so we could drink,
3. A training dummy, so we could beat the hell out of something once we got drunk

A big congratulations to everyone in the DDO branch that ground out the guild renown needed to get us to 20 so quickly. We're definitely in the top of guilds on the Sarlona server, which is all the more awesome because most of the guilds ahead of us have many many more people than we do.

Yup, quite the awesome achievement!

Be a while before we can get some of the cooler amenities for the airship, it'll give us something to strive for for a good long time.

Oh and no way would ninjas beat pirates. Ninjas are glorified assassins, and they don't really work together. Pirates on the other hand work in crews, and know the meaning of teamwork. Also, pirates often have pistols. Or, if they are the modern kind off the coast of Somalia, AK47s and rocket propelled grenades.

Keep in mind, the Japanese knew about gunpowder, but refused to make guns because that would give any peasant the ability to kill a samuri, i.e. any idiot with a pistol would be as good as a ninja.
